- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Disappointing, bad experience that I still do not understand. I did not have my insurance card, but I had by policy number, photo ID, and credit card. They said they needed the insurance card and that an emailed version would suffice. So I contacted my insurance company and they emailed an insurance card. My insurance company assured me that it was sufficient. I showed it to the folks in the office and they said they would not accept it.
